I'm a final‑year Computer Science student at Georgian Technical University, with an exchange semester at Politehnica University of Timisoara.

Currently, I work as a Customer Support Shift Lead at Wolt, where I've learned to truly understand user needs, solve problems quickly, and lead teams under pressure.

I'm deeply interested in user experience, design, analytics, and growth. These passions drive me to think about how to create products that people genuinely enjoy using.
